White Pearl Dental Care has been a general dental practice in Blacktown since 2003. It is on the first floor at 5 Patrick Street, next to Westpoint Shopping Centre, and sees adults and children.

Ronald Hong is a general dentist and the founder and principal dentist of White Pearl Dental Care. He has looked after patients in Blacktown since the practice opened in 2003.

Some treatment is best provided by a registered specialist, and we refer when it is needed: for example, higher-risk wisdom tooth removal, root canal treatment where the canals are calcified (blocked), implants that need bone grafting or a sinus lift, advanced or aggressive gum disease, and complex orthodontic cases and those that need airway assessment.
Prevention first
Regular check-ups, cleans and home-care advice help find problems early, when they are usually simpler to treat. Children are welcome from their first visit, and parents can stay with their child during treatment.
Technology in the clinic
The clinic has Cone Beam CT for 3D imaging, digital X-rays (including OPG and lateral ceph) and an iTero digital scanner. Cone Beam CT is used when planning implant treatment.
Health funds and the CDBS
All major health funds are accepted, with HICAPS claiming on the spot, and the practice is a Bupa Members First provider. The Child Dental Benefits Schedule is bulk billed for eligible children aged 0–17. There are no payment plans or interest-free finance options.
